Every Hunter Valley winery has a draft CellarIQ profile in the directory already. Visitors are searching, scoring, and shortlisting against it now. The question isn't whether you're on CellarIQ — you are. The question is whether you're editing the page or just appearing on it.
The Founding Member offer
The first 25 Hunter Valley wineries to subscribe at the Premium tier become Founding Members. The Founding rate — $124/month — is locked for the life of the subscription. The badge appears on your profile, on the Founding Members page, and on a printed certificate for your cellar door wall. After the first 25, Premium is $247/month at standard pricing.

The three tiers
The pricing cards above summarise each tier; the detail is below.
Standard — $97/month
Enhanced profile, edit access, and basic analytics:
- Enhanced profile page with full bio, varietals, experiences, and hours
- Photo gallery up to 12 images
- Booking link integration — your booking system, on your profile
- Edit access to your bio and experience descriptions
- Monthly analytics digest — visits to your profile, where they came from, what they clicked
- Listing in your sub-region directory
- Inclusion in relevant varietal, intent, and itinerary pages
Premium — $124/month, Founding Member rate (then $247/month)
Everything in Standard, plus leads, monitoring, the full intelligence report, and priority placement:
- A lead capture form on your profile — visitors enquire directly, leads route to your inbox
- Weekly review-monitoring digest — Google, TripAdvisor, and Vivino reviews summarised every Monday morning
- Competitor intelligence — anonymised peer comparison across your sub-region (your scores vs the median, no individual winery identified)
- Priority placement in your sub-region listings and relevant guide pages
- The full Cellar Door Intelligence Report — 12-page deep-dive, watermarked to you, downloadable PDF
- Monthly performance report — branded PDF summarising profile traffic, leads, reviews, and competitor position
- Founding Member badge on your profile, in the Founding Members listing, and on a printed certificate
The Founding rate is locked for the life of the subscription. After the Founding spots are claimed, Premium reverts to $247/month for new subscribers.
Tourism Operator — from $197/month
For bus tour companies, accommodation providers, wedding planners, and regional tourism partners:
- White-label data feeds for your own site or booking system
- Lead exchange with subscribed wineries
- Group booking coordination tools
- Itinerary integration — your packages appear in the relevant CellarIQ itineraries
- Bespoke regional dashboards on the Premium tourism-operator tier ($497/month)
What every subscription includes
Regardless of tier, every subscribed winery gets editorial control over its own profile within the editorial standards; source attribution on every external claim about the winery; methodology transparency, with every score component visible to the winery and the visitor; a right of correction, with factual errors fixed within 48 hours of verification; and the freedom to cancel anytime — and if you were a Founding Member, the rate stays locked if you return later.
What a subscription does not buy
We're explicit about this because it matters: a subscription does not change your scores. CellarIQ subscriptions buy editorial control over your own profile, lead capture, monitoring tools, and visibility features. They do not buy higher scores, favourable language in editorial content, or hidden promotion in our blog or guides. A subscribed winery and an unsubscribed winery are scored against the same methodology.
If we ever introduce sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled and visually distinct from editorial. That commitment lives in the editorial standards and isn't going anywhere.
Frequently asked
How do I claim my profile? Use the claim form or write to wineries@cellariq.com.au. We verify ownership via a link sent to the email address listed on your winery's own website, then walk you through onboarding.
Can I see my draft profile before I subscribe? Yes. Email wineries@cellariq.com.au with your winery name and we'll send a link to your current draft within one business day.
What if I don't like the platform? Cancel anytime. Founding Members who cancel and return later keep the locked rate.
How does the Founding Member counter work? Premium subscriptions count toward the 25. When the counter reaches 25, the Founding rate closes. Existing Founding Members keep their rate for the life of the subscription.
Are tasting fees, wine sales, or bookings commissioned? No. CellarIQ does not take commission on visits, bookings, or wine sales. Your relationship with the visitor stays yours.
What if my winery is in Margaret River, Barossa, or another region? Phase 2 expansion runs through 2026. Tell us your winery and region and we'll add you to the priority list for your region's launch.
Is there a setup fee or annual commitment? No setup fee. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. The Founding rate stays locked.
How do I get the Cellar Door Intelligence Report? It's bundled with every Premium subscription. Standalone reports are available to anyone at $19, downloadable PDF.
